Architect hold plans

With many years of experience at Diverso,  specialising in feature staircases and architectural glazing, we have the expertise and knowledge to be able to advise you on the options that are available, for the visions that you have.

We like to support our clients all the way through each project from the earliest stages of quotation and design, through to installation, and on to aftercare. We strive to deliver a first rate project management service from our very first meeting..

With all the many options that we are able to offer (such as glass spec, eclectic mediums and design ranges) comes scope on specification, and budget, all of which have to be taken in to consideration for the space required

At the first site visit from our-selves, we will discuss what it is the customer wants to achieve and what the dream and vision would be.  This is where our work starts !!

We like to start by understanding the space and its usage, and what features are to be added.... (staircases, glass floors and walls, orangeries, sliding doors etc).  We speak with our clients to establish what they want from their installation,  ensuring we take all the information away with us needed to start work on creating the options for their vision. (site photos, existing drawings, inspirational images, measurements etc)

Back at the office our team then begin to look at all the design options, the technicalities and the risk assessments that need to be considered depending on the project. This could be design, building regulations, weight bearing calculations, specification options, extras to take the project to the next level, and finally the cost options that we can offer based on all of these.

We then put together detailed quotations and design options to tailor the project to our clients requirements, desires and budget.   So with all of these things to consider…you really can be assured that you will get the best start to finish product.
